1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 33bed platform in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an account, placing bets, or claiming promotions — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 33bed platform and all its associated services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 33bed (the operator). These Terms apply to all features of the platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any promotional activities offered from time to time.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use 33bed services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be permanently suspended.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any corporate or commercial entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Any false or misleading information will result in immediate account termination without refund.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 33bed, nor an immediate family member of any of the foregoing.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or have been excluded from gambling activities by any applicable regulatory or legal authority.

33bed reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the forfeiture of any associated balances.

3. Account Registration & Management

Each individual may hold only one active account on 33bed at any given time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances and bonuses being forfeited.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify 33bed support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. You must submit a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• 33bed reserves the right to suspend any account pending identity verification, especially where unusual or suspicious activity is detected.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances subject to completed KYC will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

33bed supports a range of payment methods tailored to Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification of account ownership.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24-72 hours, subject to completion of KYC checks and any active wagering requirements.
• 33bed does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. Any funds received from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the account suspended.

33bed reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any transaction at its sole discretion. This may include requesting additional documentation to confirm the source of funds before processing a withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

33bed offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier will be stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• 33bed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or technical error.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33bed platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and all associated funds may be withheld pending investigation:

• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting designed to exploit promotional offers, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Money laundering or using the 33bed platform to transact funds of illegal or unknown origin. All suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at other players or 33bed staff through any communication channel on or off the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or technical faults to gain monetary advantage. Any winnings obtained through identified glitches will be voided and the account reviewed.

33bed's determination of prohibited activity is final. Players who believe a decision has been made in error may submit a formal dispute in writing to our support team. All decisions made in response to confirmed prohibited conduct are non-negotiable and non-reversible.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on the 33bed platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of 33bed or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform without express written permission from 33bed.

The 33bed brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the property of 33bed and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with 33bed, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among users or that disparages 33bed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33bed, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if 33bed has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

33bed makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the platform, including odds, game outcomes, or promotional information. All games on 33bed use certified RNG systems; however, 33bed cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. 33bed collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
